Q: WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

A: During payment you will be prompted to enter your payment information, but you are not be charged until the product is shipped. (Danish Law)
 

Q: What happens if an order contains both products that are in stock, as well as some that are not, (pre-order´s / Not in stock etc.)

A:An order is always sent together, in which case the products in stock are reserved,
To the rest of the products arrive.

Q: Why hasn't my order been shipped yet.

A: Typically, this is because one or more products in your order are not in stock.

Q: WHEN WILL I REVIECE MY PRE-ORDER?

A: We will ship the order, so it will arrive on the release date. (If possible, unforeseen delays may occur)

Checkout as normal. Note: Items in your cart are not reserved. You must go to the payment to guarantee your order.

Q: CANCELLATION OF ORDER

A: Order not yet shipped and invoiced by Vengefulgames can be canceled by contacting Vengefulgames on mail@vengefulgames.dk. If the product is shipped and invoiced by Vengefulgames can purchase undone using your right. Read the terms under conditions.
