Order and prices.

 

Prices are daily prices and we update our website daily. Therefore, a product may be sold out, even if it is listed. However, we are striving for this to not happen.
We are subject to: printing errors, stock errors, price changes, technical errors, sold items, delivery failures, tax changes and force majeure.

Cancellation and return policy
At Vengeful Distribution you have a 90 day return on your purchase, which runs from the day the item was delivered. We would like to exchange or make a receipt. If you have purchased online and received your order, you can also use your cancellation right for the first 14 days and get the money back, which we will refund on the card you ordered.

The right of withdrawal applies to all goods, regardless of how you choose to pay.

You must be aware that the return freight is your responsibility. If you regret your purchase, please notify us in writing that you wish to exercise your right of return or cancellation, preferably at mail@vengefulgames.dk The e-mail must contain the invoice number and title of the goods to be returned.

If you cancel your purchase before you receive the item, simply refuse receipt of the item and notify us. We will offset the return freight in either the receipt or the return.

Unclaimed parcels are considered a cancellation of the order by the customer, and we offset return shipping when the money is refunded.

Return shipping is currently. kr. 40, - incl. VAT.

In order for us to receive your returnable item, it must be in unopened original packaging and in unused and undamaged condition. You must attach a copy of the invoice and wrap it securely so that the item arrives in the same condition as it was shipped. In case of damage due to insufficient packaging, opening or use of the item, we will offset the loss of value in the refunded amount.

Goods returned unfranked, without distribution (parcel shop) or on demand are denied receipt without prior agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that the item arrives in full condition. Remember to save your receipt as proof that you have shipped the item. If an item is returned after the 90 days without prior agreement, you will have to pay yourself to have the package returned again.

Warranty

Sale of Goods Act shortage rules may apply to purchases.

When you deal with us as a consumer, you have 24 months warranty. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by misuse of the product or other injurious behavior.  

You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping cost.
