Prices

At vengefulgames.dk we make reservations for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.

PAYMENT

vengefulgames.dk receives payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Paypal. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK / EUR and incl. VAT.

DELIVERY

vengefulgames.dk endeavors to ship orders received before 1 p.m. 3pm, on the following weekday. Orders received after 1 p.m. 15:00, shipped after two days. This does not apply to items that have a longer delivery time on the product page. Domestic shipments (except Greenland and the Faroe Islands) are delivered from DKK 25.00 to the Parcel Shop. Direct delivery to home address costs from 50.00 EUR. Delivery is by GLS. One order may consist of several parcels that are delivered to other / other parcel shops, if the chosen parcel shop is filled.

WARRANTY

In case of damaged goods upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible through our customer service for further information on handling the case. A 2-year warranty is granted under the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, money returned or discounted. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product / service. You must advertise in "reasonable time" after you discover the defect / error. For business purchases, there is no right of complaint. vengefulgames.dk covers the return costs of a complaint in the form of a return label, which is sent to your email address. You must return your complaint without undue delay after receiving the return label. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped.

WHAT DOESN'T COVER THE RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Please note that there is no fault or defect if the fault is due to wear, improper use (eg contrary to the instructions for use) or external influences (eg lightning, loss, blow, liquid or moisture). In these cases, you must bear the costs of examining the product yourself and any repairs.

STUDY FEE

In connection with the examination of your product, vengefulgames.dk has the right to charge an examination fee if the error is not covered by the right of complaint (see above). The amount of the fee depends on the product in question. The survey fee is DKK 500, unless the new price of the item is less than DKK 500. Then the inquiry fee will be equal to the new price of the product. REFUND

Upon refund, the agreed amount will be transferred to the credit card used in the purchase.

CANCELLATION

14 days full cancellation right is given for goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you:

- Receives the order.

- Receives the last item from an order with several different goods, where it is agreed that the goods will be delivered individually or in several different rounds.

- Receives the last lot, or the last lot, when it comes to the agreement of delivery of goods consisting of several lots / parts.

- Receives the first item in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

GOODS EXCEPT THE RIGHT OF CONDUCT

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:

- Sealed items where the seal is broken after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

- Goods which, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.

- Items where the seal is broken.

- Items that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

RETURN

Return costs must be paid by the buyer. The package must be shipped with delivery at the address. Please note that we do not pick up shipments sent to the Parcel Shop or shipments sent by mail. COD. It is an advantage to send the shipment with Track and Trace, as you as a customer bear the responsibility for the return reaching us.

You must return your order without undue delay and within 14 days of giving notice that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The notification must be given per. mail to mail@vengefulgames.dk. In the notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation and. You cannot undo it simply by refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice at the same time. We do not receive parcels sent by mail. COD.

Unclaimed parcels are considered a cancellation of the order by the customer, and we offset return shipping when the money is refunded.

Return shipping is currently. kr. 40, - incl. VAT.

GOODS RETURN ON RETURN

Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods until we have received the return. For all products, the original packaging is part of the value of the product. Therefore, it must always be sent back. You are only liable for any possible deterioration in the value of the goods that may have occurred as a result of handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of operation of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it at a physical store. If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the goods at the time of receipt of the return. Therefore, in order to receive the full purchase price return, you must try the item without actually using it.

REFUND:

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you paid us back. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted. By using the cancellation right, all payments for that order will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we became aware of your use of the cancellation right. Delivery costs are also reimbursed, with the exception of extra costs as a result of choosing a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer. Repayment will be made with the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the amount refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.

COOKIES
